These terms and conditions of use regulate access to this site as well as the way of its use, please read carefully.
By registering on this site, you expressly accept without any reservation these terms and conditions of use, as well as any indication, restriction or standard that may be fixed in relation to specific sections or services of this site.
1. General Conditions
The present general contractual conditions, or other particular conditions that may be established, regulate the relations between the company STEAMSHIP Organization of Transport, Soc. Unip. Lda., Headquartered at Travessa Álvaro Castelões nº 79 1º s / 3, 4450-044 Matosinhos, Portugal, NIF 507393350, hereinafter referred to as Movewine.pt and the third parties using the website Movewine.pt, hereinafter referred to as as customers. "Service" means the service which is the subject of the purchase agreement.
2. Acceptance of conditions
By using the services provided by Movewine.pt, the customer acknowledges and accepts that all terms and conditions established in these general conditions will apply.
3. Prices and Availability
All prices quoted are in € (Euros) and do not include VAT at the legal rate in force, if applicable the customer will be able to see the total cost when simulating the service, before making the payment.
However the purchase will always be made in € (Euros).
Prices shown may change without notice.
Orders will be executed on a first-come, first-served basis and, in the event of any temporary or even definitive disruption of the service, the customer will be duly advised.
4. Taxes
The value of VAT can be deducted for public or private companies with legal registration.
To do so, you must complete the NIF / EORI previously at the time of registration on the website Movewine.pt.
You can change the billing information in your customer area at any time.
International shipments, except for certain exceptions, are exempt from VAT under Article 14 (1) (b) of the CIVA.
5. Contents
The description, image, and any other information displayed on Movewine.com, can be changed without prior notice.
We are not responsible for any typographical or arithmetic errors that may appear on our website.
6. Transit Time
As a rule, delivery may take place within 24 hours to 72 hours for destinations in Europe and 7 to 15 days for the rest of the world. Exceptions may occur to others, such as natural disasters or other factors.
The delivery period begins only after collection of the goods.

7. Unavailable Customer
After attempted delivery and if you can not receive the product within the established times, a new delivery can be scheduled and an additional cost may be charged.
8. Shipping Minimus
The service is optimized for boxes in 6-bottle modules.
However we do offer one bottle (Magnum 1,5L) worldwide to our customers.
In the case of Europe, we can consider the minimum to send 3 bottles.
We only ship to the countries listed on our site.
The amount to be charged for the service will be calculated automatically when the purchase is made and will vary according to the place of delivery and the quantity of bottles in question.
9. Packaging
As a delicate product, Movewine.com has developed special packaging in reinforced carton for the transport of bottles, in order to effectively protect its contents. These packages are composed of an inner carton in spherovite that creates an air box between the bottle and the outer carton minimizing the possible impacts during the route that can cause damages in the product.
This packaging is environmentally friendly.

10. Payment
The customer will have at his disposal the following types of payment:
Should opt for one of them, according to your preference.
All orders whose confirmation of payment is not confirmed will be canceled on the following business day.
11. Product Receipt
All products sent by Movewine.com must be examined immediately upon receipt.
If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, you may return it to the transport company by noting these circumstances in the carrier's document and clearly explaining the reason for the return in the delivery note accompanying the product, failing such registration and verification on the delivery to movewine.com disclaims any liability in replacement or refund.
In addition, you must take photographs of the damage and immediately report our services to info@movewine.pt, in order to resolve the incident as quickly as possible. We will try to replace the wine you have purchased. If this wine is not available we will contact you to send a similar wine or to ensure a refund.
12. Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled at no cost provided it is made before the wine is collected.
After the wine is collected, if a cancellation request is received, it will be treated as abandoned product.
13. Returns
We do not accept returns that derive from any defect of the wine, Movewine.pt is only responsible for the transport and not for the content.
If you want to return your wine, you should contact the store where you purchased it.
14. Legal Imposition
Movewine.com is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages, being the responsibility of the client to seize the respective order, except countries that are mentioned in our tariff.
15. Causes of Force Majeure
Movewine.pt shall not be liable for contractual changes and damages resulting from such changes, which may result from force majeure situations, such as blocking telecommunications, natural disasters, blocking means of transport, strikes, as well as legislative or regulations rendering the rendering of services provided for in these general conditions wholly or partially impossible.
16. Cancellation of applications
Movewine.com reserves the right to cancel orders that originate incorrect values for computer errors, returning immediately the amounts paid by customers.
Movewine.com is not liable for damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of your software, as well as on clients' computer equipment, as well as blockages and overloads in Internet browsing, or intrusions in your data that is not your responsibility.
17. Blocked Access
Movewine.pt reserves the right to block access by any users who use the Movewine.pt site in an abusive or irregular way or that in any other way constitute a current or potential threat to the normal operation of the site to Movewine.pt or to third parties.
18. Final provisions
In the event that one or several provisions of these General Conditions of Contract are declared void, the rest of the provisions will continue to apply.
19. Disputes
All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Agreement shall be settled by the Judicial Court of the Comarca de Matosinhos, with express waiver of any other dispute.
